I've been hyped up and ready to haul big time for collection since I first heard about it awhile ago. And finally Sept 24th has come and I got my goodies. This is my biggest Mac haul up to date and i'm on a makeup high.

Follow up:

First off is the grease paint stick which is so creamy and dries really quick. I really liked the consistancy of this and can't wait to own the other 2 from D Squared. It has a purple sheen to it but I found when it dried it turned pretty much black.

Next up with the Glimmerglosses which I was for sure going to pass, sheer lip products piss me off. But I put Blackfire over Night Violet mattene and fell in love. So I bought Blackfire which is sheer black with pinkish/purple pearl, Bling Black has gold pearl and Blackware is creamy black. I find they pack a punch overtop of other lipsticks to give them a mysterious vibe.

Black Knight was a very creamy sheer black lipstick and Midnight Media Mattene was an intense black which had a tad bit of burgandy hidden deep within. Night Violet mattene I thought was going to look like Urban Decay Confession and after comparing the two I bought Night Violet as the texture and color were much richer, it's described as deep purple grape.

I couldn't wait to get my hands on the MES from this collection and that's weird as I hate Mac MES but after seeing so many swatches of these guys over a black base and foiled I wanted all 4. As you can see there not magical when they're alone but throw a base underneath and they become so beautiful you want to hang them up on the wall and just stare at them. Blue Flame is a black base with blue pearl, Cinderfella is black base with silver pearl, Young Punk is black base with purple pearl and Gilt by Association is black base with gold pearl. I can't wait to use all of them.

They're 2 cream bases in this collection one is Black which is true black and Bat Black a blackened burgandy with pink pearl which is avaliable at the pro store. I don't like cream bases as even with a base underneath they crease like crazy for me. But I know they work on other people, I wish I could pull them off.

Mac released 2 new nail polishes one is Baby Goth Girl which is Black w/ pinkish purple pearl, I can't wait to put this on my toes tonight and the other color is Seriously Hip which is Black w/ gold particle pearl, it reminds me of Wagon Wheel from China Glaze rodeo collection. There is also nocturnelle nail polish which is a true black, it's not limited edition though.

They re-released the Volcanic Ash Exfoliator, I never used this so I can't vouch for it but it's a big cult item for lots. Also they released a Volcanic Ash Thermal Mask.

Other items that were released were Smolder eye khol, Penultimate eyeliner in Rapidblack and the 214 short shader brush. I have the sephora version of this brush and I love it for packing on color and using it to line and smudge.

Wow!!!! What a collection. I know this collection won't appeal to some but the ones it does I know they will haul tons. What are you thinking of getting?
