My darling boyfriend picked me up some awesome goodies while in Florida and the Urban Decay Book of Shadows II was at the top of the list of must haves. Urban Decay is one of my favorite brands of makeup; they never disappointment me, and this was no different. I love this palette.

Follow up:

Turn back now if you are not on the shimmer bandwagon, as most of these shadows are shimmery. I love shimmer, so I was happy. But, first off is Perversion, a matte black. Gunmetal is grey with silver glitter (the swatch doesn't do it justice). Ecstasy is a purple that flashes slightly pink. AC/DC is a dark eggplant purple with shimmer.

Nylon is a champagne taupe with shimmer. Sellout is a pale champagne shimmer, one of my favs lately to highlight under my brow. Mushroom was first available in a cream shadow formula, but they made it into a powder and I'm loving it. It's a greyed out taupe. Sphynx was another cream shadow color and it's a beautiful cool pink shimmer.

Half Baked is a warm gold bronze, it kinda reminds me of Amber Lights from Mac. Twice Baked is a brown with gold glitter. Midnight Cowboy Rides Again is golden beige with bronze, gold and silver glitter. This one was the only shadow that was gritty to the touch. YDK is silver taupe with micro glitter.

Jinx is a bright blue aqua shimmer, and one of my favorite shadows in this palette. Flipside is a blue with teal sheen. This was the only color I already owned that is in this palette. Homegrown is a bright green with gold shimmer. Misdemeanor is a deep teal/green duochrome with green sparkle. The swatch doesn't show it's true beauty at all!
