You know what I really hate? When someone asks what I want and then ignores it. What I hate more than that? When I have to pay for it.

I went for a cut and colour tonight. Asked to keep as much length as possible, and yet several inches came off. Furthermore, I asked for a bright, fiery red. What did I get?

Follow up:

Yep, that's bright. And look at what an awesome job they did of straightening my hair!

I'm not amused. I could have gotten closer to what I wanted doing a home job and used the money saved for something like presents for people... or more makeup. Sigh.

On the bright side, I'm wearing my boyfriend's shirt because it smells good and cheers me up.
