Oh, Blue Paradise. I have such mixed feelings toward you. On the one hand, you're a lovely medium shimmery blue. On the other hand, your formula is rather disappointing.

Follow up:

Pigmentation is just dandy, requiring a mere two coats. It is, however, gloopy, stringy and a bit sticky. Also, quite prone to brush strokes. Sadness! This is not the freshest of applications, so yes, that is some tipwear you see happening.
