Outta Bounds is a bright, happy kelly green that reminds me of leprechauns.

Formula is mediocre. Not superb by any means, but better than, say, Blue Paradise. It's also rather prone to brush strokes, but not as bad. Two coats make for perfect opacity. Trying to capture it accurately was a nuisance, and I'm still not happy with it. Alas, overcast days (there's anything else?) lead to washed out vibrancy. On my nails, it looks brighter, bolder, richer... This is also after a few days of wear, so I ask you to pardon the tipwear.
