Enough of This! I'm Going to Get BakedOk, who let me live this long without getting Urban Decay's Get Baked? Seriously, though. If only for the shadows! Half-Baked and Baked are both so silky smooth and pigmented and glowing that I can't get enough of them at the moment. I like that Twice-Baked had just enough glitter to make it sparkle, but not enough that I'm inducted into fall-out city. And we can't forget Flipside, that sexy shimmery teal beast! ![]() The little sample bottle of Sin primer potion is cute, and I can imagine it'll be a good buddy during days when I'm in a hurry and just want a lick of shimmer on the lids - I often use the shadow Sin for that! But enough of that: let's test this out on my face, shall we? ![]() Follow up:
I set the liner on both my top lid and waterline with Twice-Baked shadow to help keep it from being smudge-city on me, and it also helped tame the inflamed look a bit. ![]() 8 comments! :D
ooh, I have been thinking about getting this set forever. I didn't know how I would use it...sometimes UD is a bit bright for work and I have so many that an nsfw! :o) I really like how you did the look. I am sold now, I will have to grab it for my work makeup bag! Thanks!

I really love how you put this look together with those shadows! I was actually eyeing this palette a while ago when I was in Sephora. The colours are so pretty!

Mo, I find a lot of the UD shadows can be sheered out with a blending brush, making them more work friendly. I'm glad you like this look! I hope you'll love this palette as much as I do. :)

SoVeryFabulous, thank you! This palette is fantastic, especially if you catch it on sale, as it has been recently. ;)

Gorgeous! You remind me how good UD shadows are. Twice Baked is one of my fave shimmery browns, it looks terrific with orange (like Off The Page or similar).

Thank you! I will have to try to get better at the blending, I keep hearing Enkore's intro of blend, blend, blend. :p lol. I will try to blend out more of the colors so I can wear them more for work.Love your blog! Thank you!

Mo, blending is definitely key, but it's not as tricky as it might seem. ;) It's easier, too, if you only take a bit of product on your brush at a time. I'm so glad you love the blog! That means a lot to me, thank you. :)
