EcoTools Helps Blend Away My Fears

So, by now, a whole lot of beauty addicts have learned that EcoTools make some very nice affordable brushes. This is very true, dudes! However, today I want to focus on one brush from them in particular: the blending brush. This little dude came in the basic five piece set with a concealer brush, blush/powder brush, mini kabuki and travel pouch. He's denser than a MAC 224, yet fluffier than a 217 - nifty middle ground, yo! Plus, the fact that he's made of synthetic fibres means he's vegan friendly and, most important to me, does not absorb cream products.

Follow up:

I have a phobia of using cream shadows for just one part of the lid. Why? Well, dudes, if you apply it with a flat synthetic brush like many people do, it's hard to blend out the edges and that leads to harsh lines. 88| Not good! Blending brushes work well, but any with natural fibres absorb the product and often get stained in the process. That, and they get hella goopy.

This inexpensive friend has solved that dilemma entirely. A quick dab in the pot of cream, and bam! Good to go. It applies it more sheerly, but can be built up, and I don't have to worry about trying to blend those edges out any more. Above, I've demonstrated with MAC's Delft paint pot, on the left swatching it with my finger, and applying it on the right with the EcoTools blending brush. See the difference?

Really, I love this super inexpensive little brush, and find it very handy to have in my arsenal. He uses less product, prevents harsh lines and cleans up nicely with no stained bristles. Loves it! Have you tried any of the EcoTools brushes? I'd love to hear what you think!

I love the eco tools. Use them on a regular basis. They are cheap enough to have a couple so I don't have to wash them everyday for putting on my makeup! Great post!
