Welcome to My (Brush) GardenHey all! I've recently undertaken the task of reorganizing my makeup storage. It's gotten a bit wily, you know? The brushes were just in one big container, and I could never find what I wanted, so I found myself a new solution, and thought I'd share! ![]() Follow up: ![]() Check it out, yo. It's a desktop organizer thing! Meant to hold letters, pencils, whatever you want. The sections are actually all of the same depth, though the walls are of different heights. I filled the sections with dry yellow split peas (haha) so that my brushes would stand up. ![]() As you can see, there are little walls within the sections, too, so I actually have brushes organized by type. Face brushes in the back, the two middle sections hold eyeshadow brushes and blush brushes, and the front sections have blending brushes, mini brushes and short handled brushes, and lip brushes and lining brushes. Now I will know where things are! Also, I've stashed my daily concealers and powder in the left-hand drawer for easy access, and sharpeners, lash glue, and stuff like that are in the right drawer so I don't lose 'em. What do you think? How do you store your brushes? |
