Guys, I'm in love with this. Seriously, though. Super inexpensive, too, being made with two shades of Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear polish: a silver called Celeb City, and a sheer blue glitter called Shooting Star.

Yes, the tips are peeking out due to shrinkage because I slapped a ton of coats of stuff on before applying a quick-dry top coat. Oops! You're looking at base coat, 2 coats of celeb city, something like 3 coats of shooting star, a layer of quick dry top coat and then a layer or two of nutra-nail triple power strengthener. Oh baby! Still, shockingly chip resistant. And that TEXTURE! Let's get a close up:

Smitten as I am with the MAC in Lillyland lipgelees, I couldn't NOT show you the second one I picked up:

Lush & Bright is a coral shade, and the pink glitz in it keeps it from pulling too orange. Yummmm. I can't decide whether I love this or Shift to Pink more!

Dude, this is a weird colour. It really leaves me scratching my head, mildly perplexed. I can't entirely decide how I feel about it! Illamasqua describes Liv lipstick as ""; to me, Liv is pale and quite cool, yet at the same time surprisingly bright and springy. It's very full coverage, being rather thick and a touch chalky.

I like Liv best applied with a bit of a light hand (to avoid the thick, chalky look) and often with a coloured lip liner and/or some gloss to play with the colour.

I thought I'd write this while I'm in the numb. Sometime this afternoon or evening, my bunny's back legs gave out and he could no longer stand. Long story short, we went to the emergency vet, determined due to age and how sick he was, the only thing we could do was let him go.

I lost a piece of my heart tonight with that little bunny. I know we did what was best for him, but it is still hard to let go of my baby.

Posts may be scarce or missing entirely over the next few days. I'm sorry.

I've been off on personal whatnot, but wondering if anyone had any requests. I've been pondering a layout update, and thought I'd put it out there so if anyone has any suggestions or input or grievances they want to address. Additionally, requests of any sort are welcome for the ponder box.

Ohhh you heard it! After a MILLION HOURS WITH NO INTERNET, I do believe I'm up and running again! I did take the interruption to do some important things (wash all my icky brushes, socialize, sleep off a head cold...), but I'll be damned if it didn't irritate me! This girl needs some sleeps now (up for work in five hours, oh boy!), but you better believe I'll be showing up again tomorrow.
