Happy Monday, all! I had a weekend full of work, sleep, my dad's birthday, a Mardi Gras party and more! The cake for my dad's birthday had rum in it, and well, the leftovers he sent home with me have scented my entire fridge... eep!

Anyhow, to get back on track, I thought I'd show you all I still have a face:

The blue shirt with this makeup makes me giggle, but oh well. I did my makeup and snapped these photos before I got dressed for work. The focus of this is definitely the lip - featuring Viva Glam Cyndi!

A favourite formula for many, Amplified Cremes are richly pigmented, shimmer-free and have a touch of glossy shine to them. I personally find some to be very moisturizing, while others leave my lips parched (like Blankety, which looks like frigging DEATH on me). So many great colours, though!

This collection didn't get to much hype as its release was the same day as Style Black. So Style Black took over everyones dream and left Dazzleglass Cremes alone in the dark. But these guys should brighten up your day being the total opposite of Style Black with tons of color. There are 9 limited edition colors in this collection and a lot of them different tones of pink. First off we have the beautiful Amourous which I couldn't wait to own it's dark red brown red with pearl, Creme Allure is a purple pink, Do it up is bright blue pink, Luscious Spark is orange coral with pearl (probably buy this one if I get another one) My Favorite Pink is light blue pink with pearl, Perfectly Unordinary is bright yellow pink with gold pearl, Soft Dazzle is pink peach with gold pearl, Sublime Shine is light coral brown with gold pearl and Totally Fab is yellow red with pearl.

I found these to be a little bit grittier from the old dazzleglasses. They come with a brush applicator that you need to break in when I started to use it the brush is super stiff. I wish they didn't do so many pinks in this collection but maybe will see different colors if they release these again.

If you're in the mood to buy a new gloss then this is the baby you need. This baby can do it all: survives through dinner, drinking and heavy makeout sessions. Trust me, I know first hand for all 3. I bought this in Electric Pink, trying not to have a heart attack over the price tag but you don't need to reapply so it saves money in the long run.

Boom!! Another quad graces our presence. With Makeup Art and Cosmetics 3 quads making a little happy threesome this dark and delicious wonder scares them all away. If you want to achieve the dark blue/grey smokey eye for fall this is a given. It houses A Warmer White which Mac calls a pale green grey...I don't see any green, Tone:Grey which is a nice mid-tone grey, Waft a nice dark blue grey and The Right Smoke which is almost Deep Truth but has white pearl. I didn't pick this guy up as I have tons of blues and greys but it's a nice starter quad that has everything you need for a smokey eye.

Just a quick post as I'm still nursing a hangover. My head and teeth are killing me. But just to say that Head On stuff that you rub on your forehead, actually works pretty good. Alright now on to the swatches.

Here is my tiny collection of liners from Make Up For Ever. The first 3 are Aqua lip and the last one is Aqua Eye. But I use them on my lips and eyes as they said it was ok and Makeup Forever is famous for multi use products. 8C is a true red, 18C is a bright coral with a hint of pink and 16C is a bright fuchsia. My only Aqua eye is 10L which is a metallic bronze. I love all these as they are insanely water proof and last all day till I need to remove them. Very creamy and easy to blend as well.

I asked my boyfriend to pick me up 2 more while he's in the states for work. Hopefully he brings me home 3L which is a iridescent navy and 17L which is a pistachio green.

And here, my friends, are the lustres. Glossy, sheer, moisturising, I find these to really be quite a lovely formula. As such, I have... a handful?

Hey there, dudes! I've been doing a mass swatch project today - my MAC lipsticks. Yes, a lot were limited edition, and I apologize for that. You'll see more to come this week (I haven't editted most of them yet, so they're still hella huge). First up, my bare lips for reference:

Ohhhh yeah. Now, if you don't like sloppy lip swatches, you'd best steer clear, as I just swatched a WHOLE LOT of lip colours in a row and didn't really care about neatness. If you're cool with a bit o' messiness, then tally ho!
