Better Than Sparkling Snow!Snow, when it is pristine and clean, is very pretty to look at. It catches the light and shimmers away. However, there is one big problem: it's bloody cold. It also will get you wet and it can be quite the inconvenience. Blech! Can't we just have the pretty look without the mess? My cosmetic-loving brain,. of course, immediately thought of eyeshadow.
