Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye PencilsThese eyeliners are precious to me. They are my go to eyeliners for fun colorful looks or more sophisticated looks. These liners do it all and then some. They are creamy, great for blending (after applying you have about 30 seconds), then they dry to a long-lasting finish that won't budge. They come in so many colors that I still don't own them all but i'm working on it.  |
