Pigment Party! Round 3MAC Lustre Lip SwatchesAnd here, my friends, are the lustres. Glossy, sheer, moisturising, I find these to really be quite a lovely formula. As such, I have... a handful?   Make-Up Art Cosmetics Swatches WOOOO! Crappy swatch time! Forgot my cam, so I had to get these home to photograph. Ech. Sorry, dudes. Also, if my internet doesn't stop crapping out, I'm going to go a little insane. MUFE Eyeshadow SwatchesI knew that I wanted to finally get my hands on this brand for awhile but we don't have anyone that sells it where I live so I had to wait till we took a vacation to visit his family in Quebec. So when our summer vacation came up I made a list of wants from MUFE and on that long and extensive list there was these 5 shadows. I'm sure you all heard of the Makeup Forever number 92 (matte brilliant purple)...Well it is even better then people say it is. It's my new favorite purple. And trust me if you love purple and you don't have the 92, then your collection is not complete. I also couldn't wait to get my hands on the 75 (bright fuschia pink), I can't get enough of bright pinks and this one totally delivers. I don't own anything close to 5 (matte vibrant coral) this one is such a unique color. I was also searching for a matte yellow and a matte red and found the 2 (matte brilliant yellow) and the 158 (Matte Cold Red). Both are so pigemented like the others, I'm in eyeshadow heaven with my tiny collection of MUFE. Trust me it will grow quickly. Now on to the swatches.  More Swatches Because I'm Just That LameHands down out of these, the Electric quad is my favourite. Also, I may be the only one to feel this way, but I think vertigo is mildly hilarious.  Some of the shades from the Tokidoki collab quads (Modella and Celebrita) need to be used with a stiff brush - a soft one like, say, a MAC 239 won't get you far ("WHERE IS THE PAYOFF!?"). As you can see, though, when applied with something firmer, they show up fine. The pale yellow in the Modella quad almost has this fun green iridescence to it. The whitish shade from Celebrita has a gentle pink iridescence to it. Basically, fun stuff, dudes. My apologies that the FOTDs I had planned for this week and other stuff have simply not come to fruition. I feel frigging lame. Smashbox ShadowsUnfortunately, I'm sick and my allergies are all wonky. As such, you have to deal with my lack of face. I love my handful of Smashbox shadows! Here are some swatches of 3 singles, a trio, a mini-duo and a full size duo. The shade you can't really see with the trio is akin to MAC's yogurt, but smoother and a touch less pink, and Envy actually has rainbow glitter. Hopefully my eyes are human-sized tomorrow!  MAC Shadow Swatches Cont'dPretty low key posts today, as I'm spending more time working on technical side of stuff, tweaking things, etcetera. As such, here are some more shadow swatches - plus, it might help with wishlists for the sale!  Shale, Sketch, Blackberry, Beauty Marked, Shadowy Lady, Graphology, Parfait Amour, Purple Haze GOSH Art EyelinersSwatch party, yo. Yes, there's more crap swatched on my arms on the outer edges, but you're just going to have to ignore that and focus on the middle stuff. My personal favourites are the yellow, orange and black - the black is deliciously matte and dark on my skin, and all the rest have a sheen. They're pretty budge-proof and are oft compared to MAC liquidlast liners, as they have a similar tube and finish. On my screen, the colours compare rather accurately to what is on my arm.
