Better Than Sparkling Snow!Snow, when it is pristine and clean, is very pretty to look at. It catches the light and shimmers away. However, there is one big problem: it's bloody cold. It also will get you wet and it can be quite the inconvenience. Blech! Can't we just have the pretty look without the mess? My cosmetic-loving brain,. of course, immediately thought of eyeshadow. Hmmm. What the heck, I'll go with it! May I direct your attention to Make Up For Ever's white diamond shadow, shade 301?  MAC Glaze Lipstick SwatchesHey there, dudes! I've been doing a mass swatch project today - my MAC lipsticks. Yes, a lot were limited edition, and I apologize for that. You'll see more to come this week (I haven't editted most of them yet, so they're still hella huge). First up, my bare lips for reference:  Ohhhh yeah. Now, if you don't like sloppy lip swatches, you'd best steer clear, as I just swatched a WHOLE LOT of lip colours in a row and didn't really care about neatness. If you're cool with a bit o' messiness, then tally ho! Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Eye PencilsThese eyeliners are precious to me. They are my go to eyeliners for fun colorful looks or more sophisticated looks. These liners do it all and then some. They are creamy, great for blending (after applying you have about 30 seconds), then they dry to a long-lasting finish that won't budge. They come in so many colors that I still don't own them all but i'm working on it.  More Swatches Because I'm Just That LameHands down out of these, the Electric quad is my favourite. Also, I may be the only one to feel this way, but I think vertigo is mildly hilarious.  Some of the shades from the Tokidoki collab quads (Modella and Celebrita) need to be used with a stiff brush - a soft one like, say, a MAC 239 won't get you far ("WHERE IS THE PAYOFF!?"). As you can see, though, when applied with something firmer, they show up fine. The pale yellow in the Modella quad almost has this fun green iridescence to it. The whitish shade from Celebrita has a gentle pink iridescence to it. Basically, fun stuff, dudes. My apologies that the FOTDs I had planned for this week and other stuff have simply not come to fruition. I feel frigging lame. My Wee Urban Decay Collection Look! My lovely little collection of Urban Decay. I do rather enjoy it, so I thought I'd show you all. MAC Eyeshadows Pt 1 Orb, Vanilla, Phloof!, Sugarshot, Dazzlelight, Nylon, Crystal Avalanche, White Frost, Filament, Gesso Here's some of the highlighty shades from MAC's perm line of eyeshadows (and Sugarshot snuck in). The other armful of highlights didn't photograph well at all, so apologies for that, as they are absent. However, it's not like MAC's perm line is only made of highlights... Perm CCB Swatches Luna, Pearl, Shell, Hush, Fabulush, Improper Copper, Fawntastic I'm so in love with Fabulush. Fluidline SwatchesFluidlines hold a special place in my heart - they were the first makeup item I truly got hooked on. I can't exactly tell you why now, but I adore them. The consistency, the colours, all of it. As such, I own all but one that MAC has ever put out! The missing one, by the way, is Dipdown - the permanent poopy brown shade.
